Important Cancellation Notice: Time slots for one-to-one sessions are limited and are usually booked well in advance. Rescheduling or canceling an appointment means losing two valuable time slots, as the last-minute spots are difficult to fill. 

As a result, appointments cannot be rescheduled, and cancellations will not be refunded. If a new time is required, a payment will be necessary for the second meeting time. Please plan accordingly and value the commitment to the scheduled session.
